Good tools but their app needs work sha

Frequent customer here and I must say Brass has actually helped me manage my construction business better since I started using their banking and business tools. The features are solid and the rates are fair compared to what I was paying before, but abeg their mobile app is slow sometimes and logging in can be frustrating when you just need to check your balance quick. Everything else works though and the customer service people actually know what they talking about when you call. Four stars because the tools deliver but that app lag go wound person sometimes.

Good tools but their app needs work sha

Frequent customer here and I must say Brass has been solid for managing my pharmacy business finances and growth strategies. The banking features work fine and the business tools they offer actually help track inventory and cash flow properly. My one real complaint is their mobile app though — it crashes sometimes when I'm trying to access reports and the interface could be simpler, almost lost an important transaction because of lag one afternoon. Overall they deliver what they promise but fix that app and they'd be perfect.

Banking tools work fine but their customer service is wahala

Came to sort out my business account and the app itself is decent — transfers go through smooth and the dashboard shows everything clear. But abeg, trying to reach someone for help? That's where the problem is. Waited almost two hours at their Port Harcourt branch before anyone attended to me, and the girl at the counter wasn't even helpful when she finally did. The tools they offer are solid for growing a small business like mine but the human side of things needs serious work — can't be charging this kind of money and treating customers like we're begging for help.
