That's where the problem is. Waited almost two hours at their Port Harcourt branch before anyone attended to me, and the girl at the counter wasn't even helpful when she finally did. The tools they offer are solid for growing a small business like mine but the human side of things needs serious work — can't be charging this kind of money and treating customers like we're begging for help.
