- What to include: The exact URL of the review, the
reviewer’s username, and a brief
explanation of why
the review violates our Terms of Use (e.g., lack of firsthand
consumer experience,
explicit language, or conflict of interest).

CATEGORY B: REPORT A TECHNICAL ERROR OR BUG
Are you experiencing trouble rendering a stock chart,
logging into your dashboard,

a description of the

3. OUR RESOLUTION TIMELINE
Once a ticket is submitted to any of our dedicated support
