2. CHOOSE THE ISSUE CATEGORY

 

CATEGORY A: REPORT AN INAPPROPRIATE OR FAKE REVIEW

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fake, paid, defamatory, or commercially

procured business reviews.

- Who can report: Both business owners and regular community members.

- What to include: The exact URL of the review, the reviewer’s username, and a brief

  explanation of why the review violates our Terms of Use (e.g., lack of firsthand

  consumer experience, explicit language, or conflict of interest).

CATEGORY B: REPORT A TECHNICAL ERROR OR BUG

Are you experiencing trouble rendering a stock chart, logging into your dashboard,

or submitting a post? Our technical team is on standby to fix site infrastructure errors.

- What to include: Your device type (Mobile/Desktop), browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.),

  a description of the actions leading up to the error, and screenshots if available.

CATEGORY C: SECURITY VULNERABILITIES (BUG BOUNTY & DISCLOSURE)

We take system security seriously. If you are a cybersecurity researcher or user who has

discovered a potential data exposure risk or system vulnerability:

- Guidelines: Please practice responsible disclosure. Do not exploit or share the data

  publicly before we address it.

CATEGORY D: CORPORATE AND INVESTOR DISPUTES

For matters concerning official company profile verification, inaccurate corporate

data listings, or regulatory inquiries regarding Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) stock

commentary feeds:

3. OUR RESOLUTION TIMELINE

Once a ticket is submitted to any of our dedicated support channels, our internal

compliance or engineering team will acknowledge your report within 24 to 48 hours.

Complex investigations, such as multi-layered review manipulation or deep technical

bugs, may take up to 5 business days to completely resolve.
