Their mobile app sha changed everything for me

Been coming here for months now and I must say, the way Zenith sorted out their banking app is just next level. I used to dread coming to the branch for transfers and bills sha, but now I literally do everything from my phone — no queue, no wahala, just quick transfers at any time. The app is fast and honestly reliable, which is more than I can say for some banks. Definitely worth keeping my accounts here.

zenith bank maiduguri is actually good

I've visited here for like two years now and they handle my business account well well. The staff dem are friendly and they know me already, so transactions go quick most times. But abeg, the thing is - that ATM machine for the front, it jam almost every time I try withdraw cash late afternoon, and na only one ATM dey there. Apart from that sha, I no go lie, they treat small business owners like me with respect unlike some other banks.

zenith bank zaria branch is confusing me

The mobile app works smooth sha, transfers go through fast and no wahala with that part. But Guy, I went there last week to sort out my account and the staff dem was moving like they no get time for customers — waited almost an hour for a simple issue wey coulda take 10 minutes. The thing is, if you just dey do online banking you fine, but step foot inside that branch and e no easy.

Zenith bank is good but their transfer system sha

I've been banking with them for years now and they do their thing well. The staff are always helpful and the branches are clean, but abeg why does it take almost 2 hours for an inter-bank transfer to go through when I'm literally standing at their counter? Like I moved money to Access Bank last week and watched my phone like a hawk waiting for confirmation. Everything else runs smooth though, no complaints with my account or savings.
