I've been banking with them for years now and they do their thing well. The staff are always helpful and the branches are clean, but abeg why does it take almost 2 hours for an inter-bank transfer to go through when I'm literally standing at their counter? Like I moved money to Access Bank last week and watched my phone like a hawk waiting for confirmation. Everything else runs smooth though, no complaints with my account or savings.
