Long time customer and still impressed

I've been dealing with VFD Group for almost two years now on some investment stuff and honestly they've kept things straightforward which is rare in this line of business. The advisor assigned to me actually takes time to explain things instead of just throwing jargon around like dem do, and that alone saved me from making some questionable decisions. My only gripe is the waiting time when you visit their office in person sef, but at least the actual service when you get attended to is worth it. For what I pay them, I can't really complain too much

Mixed feelings about VFD Group

Came against my better judgment and honestly the whole experience left me on the fence sha. The investment portfolio options they showed me were solid and the guy who attended to me explained things clearly without rushing, but getting actual information out of them took forever and I had to follow up multiple times before they responded properly. For people serious about putting money somewhere it might work out but the lack of urgency on their end when you're trying to invest your hard earned cash is frustrating. Won't say don't go but abeg have patience if you do.

Good investment options but their response time is mad slow

Been considering VFD Group for a while and finally took the plunge with their investment packages. The returns they promised are solid and the whole setup looks legit, but abeg the time it takes them to respond to enquiries or process anything is something else — I sent a message on their WhatsApp three days before someone even acknowledged it. Staff are knowledgeable when you finally get them though, and the investment terms are competitive compared to what I've seen elsewhere. Just wish they'd sort out their communication because waiting around sha no be part of the investment plan.
