Used to love this place but my recent experience has me on the fence honestly. The platform itself is straightforward for buying and selling crypto and all that, but the app keeps crashing at the worst times and customer support took almost two weeks to respond when I had an issue with a transaction. For someone like me working in banking, I expected better reliability especially when money is involved. Won't write them off completely but they need to get their act together.
