Guinea Insurance actually came through for me

I've tried here for months now and I must say their claims processing sha is what got me. Man tried to give me wahala when I filed my claim but the lady who handled it explained everything step by step until I understood exactly what was needed. No hidden charges, no running around like some places do. For a bricklayer like me who doesn't understand all these insurance big big words, that kind of patience meant something.

Insurance claims process needs serious work

Came for a quick consultation about my policy and the whole thing felt like they were doing me a favour sef. Staff at the counter took their time explaining what I needed but when I asked about filing a claim they suddenly became vague and kept pointing me to different people. The rates are fair I won't complain but honestly the service here makes you wonder if they actually want your business or not. Three stars because they exist and do what they suppose to do but abeg they need to sort out their customer service wahala.

Insurance claims process is frustrating sha

Wasn't even planning to come but my shop got damaged and I needed cover quick so I had to deal with Guinea Insurance. The staff were polite enough and explained the policy well when I came in, but the actual claims process afterwards was a whole wahala. I submitted everything they asked for three weeks ago and still waiting for response while dem keep asking for same documents again and again. Won't say they bad but the service na real test of patience abeg.
