Came for a quick consultation about risk cover and the guy who attended to me actually knew his stuff, explained the whole thing clear clear without rushing me which I appreciated. But abeg the waiting time was something else na, I sat there almost an hour before anyone even looked in my direction and their office was not even that busy. The insurance plans they offered were decent and the prices not too bad compared to what my friends pay elsewhere, but the way they handle follow-ups after you sign up is just lazy. I'll use them again but they need to sort out their reception area management because first impression matters
