Came to sort out my risk cover last month and the policies they offered were actually comprehensive, which I appreciated. But chai, the waiting time sha almost killed me. I sat there for almost an hour before anyone even called my name, and when the officer finally attended to me, you could tell she was rushing through everything just to clear the backlog. Good products but they need to hire more staff or at least move faster because for a civil servant like me with limited free time, that experience was frustrating.
