Insurance claim process was smooth sha

Frequent customer here and I must say Veritas Kapital made what I thought would be a stressful experience actually bearable. Had to file a claim last month and the lady handling my case took time to explain everything step by step without making me feel like I was wasting her time. Most insurance people will rush you through but this one was patient with all my questions, even the ones I asked twice. I no go lie, getting my claim approved faster than I expected has made me trust them with my renewals moving forward.

Insurance claims process needs serious work

Used to be my go-to but Veritas Kapital sha have been testing my patience lately. Got a claim approved in principle but the back and forth with their staff to actually process payment was ridiculous, took almost three weeks when they promised two. The policy itself is straightforward and premiums are reasonable compared to competitors, but their customer service team needs retraining because nobody seems to know what the other person is doing. Won't lie I'm considering switching if this happens again.

Been coming here for months now and I must say Veritas Kapital made renewing my policy less of a hassle than I expected. The lady who attended to me at the counter actually took time to explain everything clearly — no rushing me through forms like some places do. Most insurance companies make you feel like you're bothering them but these people treated the whole thing like it mattered, and honestly that alone made the difference for me. I no go lie, I was skeptical at first because insurance companies usually give me headache, but this experience changed my mind.
