Finally a bank that makes sense

I've tried here for months now and I must say Lotus Bank has saved me from the usual wahala. What got me is that they actually explain how everything works without trying to confuse you with complicated terms. As someone working shifts at the hospital, knowing my money is in a place that aligns with my values instead of going into things I don't agree with gives me peace. The staff are patient too, they don't rush you through transactions like other banks do.

Good bank but their app takes forever to load

Came to open an account here last month and I was actually impressed with how they explained the non-interest banking thing to me sha. The staff were patient and didn't rush me through the process even though I had plenty questions. My only gripe is their mobile app moves like it's on 2G network when I'm trying to check my balance or do transfers, sometimes I just use the web version instead because it's faster. Overall though I'm satisfied with the service so far and the ethical angle of the bank is something I can get behind.

Good bank but their mobile app needs work

Was skeptical at first but Lotus Bank actually impressed me with how they handle everything — no interest nonsense, proper Islamic banking principles, the whole thing. The staff at the Jos branch were patient explaining everything to this old man like me, and transactions went through smooth. My only gripe sha is their mobile app is clunky compared to the other banks; took me almost 20 minutes just to complete a simple transfer when it should be two taps. Still, for what they're trying to do with ethical banking, I'll come back.
