Came to open an account here last month and I was actually impressed with how they explained the non-interest banking thing to me sha. The staff were patient and didn't rush me through the process even though I had plenty questions. My only gripe is their mobile app moves like it's on 2G network when I'm trying to check my balance or do transfers, sometimes I just use the web version instead because it's faster. Overall though I'm satisfied with the service so far and the ethical angle of the bank is something I can get behind.
