Used to be my go-to but Veritas Kapital sha have been testing my patience lately. Got a claim approved in principle but the back and forth with their staff to actually process payment was ridiculous, took almost three weeks when they promised two. The policy itself is straightforward and premiums are reasonable compared to competitors, but their customer service team needs retraining because nobody seems to know what the other person is doing. Won't lie I'm considering switching if this happens again.
