finally understood why people trust them with their money

Frequent customer here and I must say Rand Merchant Bank really knows how to handle corporate stuff properly. Was handling some investment portfolio matters last month and the team that attended to me explained everything so clearly, no confusing jargon or anything sha. Most banks make you feel like you're wasting their time but these people actually listened to what I needed and gave proper recommendations. Worth the trust people place in them honestly.

Good bank but their online platform needs work

I've been using Rand Merchant Bank for corporate stuff since last year and they handle transactions well honestly. The staff at their Calabar office are knowledgeable and respond to queries sha but their online platform is frustratingly slow sometimes when I'm trying to check balances or initiate transfers. For a bank that positions itself as leading in investment banking you'd think their digital experience would be smoother. Overall they're reliable but that online system sef needs serious upgrade.

Corporate banking but the waiting game is real

Wasn't even planning to come but my boss sent me to sort out some business account stuff and I had to visit their branch. The staff knew what they were doing sha and explained everything clear clear, but abeg the time I spent waiting for a simple transaction was almost two hours. They have proper systems and the environment is organized but honestly for a bank that big, the queuing system needs work. Mixed feelings because they're reliable but e no easy when you're losing money sitting down waiting.
