Wasn't even planning to come but my boss sent me to sort out some business account stuff and I had to visit their branch. The staff knew what they were doing sha and explained everything clear clear, but abeg the time I spent waiting for a simple transaction was almost two hours. They have proper systems and the environment is organized but honestly for a bank that big, the queuing system needs work. Mixed feelings because they're reliable but e no easy when you're losing money sitting down waiting.
