Tried not to think about it too much at first but decided to check out Indicina for their credit underwriting thing since I was looking into options for my business. The whole process was actually straightforward and the team explained how their data driven approach works without making my head spin. My only real complaint is their website is outdated and doesn't show current features sha, so I was confused about what they offer until I called and spoke to someone. Overall though solid experience and I'd use them again if I needed another assessment.
Needed help understanding how they assess credit and the team actually explained everything clearly which I appreciated. Their platform is solid and the data driven approach makes sense but abeg the waiting time between submission and feedback is something else. I waited almost two weeks for a response when they said 5 business days and that frustrated me small small. Overall they know their job but they need to speed up their process.
Wasn't even planning to come but my boss kept saying we needed to look into their system for our lending process. Came in skeptical sha but their approach to data driven underwriting actually made sense when they broke it down. What got me was how thorough they were with explaining the risk assessment methodology - not like some companies that just take your money and disappear. Been recommending them to other finance people at work since then sef.
