Needed help understanding how they assess credit and the team actually explained everything clearly which I appreciated. Their platform is solid and the data driven approach makes sense but abeg the waiting time between submission and feedback is something else. I waited almost two weeks for a response when they said 5 business days and that frustrated me small small. Overall they know their job but they need to speed up their process.
