Good coverage but their claims process though

I've tried here for months now and my policy has been solid sha. Protection for my equipment gave me peace of mind especially with how expensive camera gear is, but abeg the claims process almost gave me stress. Took them three weeks to process a simple claim when they said one week, and I had to call them multiple times before anyone got back to me. Still 4 stars because the actual coverage itself is decent and worth it, just sort out the waiting game with customer service.

Finally got proper coverage sorted

Long time customer dropping a review finally because Anchor Insurance actually came through for me when I needed them most. I'm in real estate so protecting my properties is serious business, and these guys understood that without me having to spell it out ten times. The claims process sha was straightforward, no unnecessary back and forth or them trying to find reasons not to pay. Worth every naira I've spent with them so far.

Insurance cover is solid but getting them to settle claims is something else

Came to sort out asset protection last year and their coverage plans were actually straightforward to understand, which I appreciated. The thing that got me vexed sha was when I needed to file a claim after some items got damaged, the whole process dragged for months and I had to call them multiple times before anyone took me seriously. Their staff at the office were polite enough but seemed confused about their own procedures half the time. I'm keeping the policy because the protection itself is decent, but I'm not rushing to tell people about them based on how they handled my claim.
