Wasn't even planning to come but my supervisor at work kept pushing the institutional asset management services so I decided to check them out. The tech side of things is solid I won't lie, but getting anyone to actually explain how their platform works was like pulling teeth sha. They have the infrastructure but the communication between their team and clients needs serious work. I'm not totally writing them off but I expected better customer engagement for what they're charging.
