Been coming here for months now and I must say the banking app they have is actually impressive for a new generation bank. You can transfer money, check balance, everything from your phone which beats going to the branch. But abeg when I had issues with a transaction that didn't go through last month, trying to reach customer care was a whole wahala. Got transferred three times and nobody seemed to know what happened to my money, took them almost a week to sort it out. The product is good I no go lie but the human aspect needs serious work.
