Been trying to sort out my retirement plan with VG Pensions and honestly the wealth management side of things looks solid on paper. Thing is, getting someone to actually explain how it all works took forever and when they finally did, the guy spoke like he was reading from a textbook sef. The pension care structure is there and the rates are decent but abeg their customer service needs serious work because I had to call three times before anyone picked up. Not terrible but for something this important with my future money, I expected better communication.
