Review Time
Long time customer dropping a review finally because they deserve it for the most part. The staff were helpful when I came to register my shares and explained everything clear clear, but abeg the whole process took way longer than it should have because their computer system kept freezing. For what they charge you'd think their technology would be better but I guess that's the only real problem. Still, I got my registration sorted and that's what matters so four stars it is.
First time using Veritas for share registration and honestly I was impressed with how the staff explained everything to me step by step. They knew their work and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid sef. My only gripe is I had to wait almost an hour before anyone attended to me even though I came early in the morning, and for a service like this that's frustrating na. Would come back though because the work itself was solid and the fees were fair.
Wasn't even planning to come but my boss insisted I handle this myself and honestly Veritas made it way less painful than I expected. The guy who handled my registration sef was patient sha, explained everything step by step even when I asked stupid questions about the whole process. What got me was how organized their system is, everything felt like it actually had a structure unlike some of these places. For someone doing this the first time it was solid work.
