Wasn't even planning to come but my colleague at work kept pushing me to check out their properties so I finally went. The agent who showed me around was knowledgeable about the developments and answered my questions but the whole process took longer than it should have sha. They have good projects no doubt but the follow-up communication after my initial visit was basically nonexistent and when I called back they acted like they didn't remember our conversation. For the amount of money involved in property deals I expected better attention to detail honestly.
