Good coverage but their customer service line is frustrating

Frequent customer here and I must say the health insurance plan itself is solid, covers what they promise and the claims process moved faster than I expected. My only complaint sha is trying to reach their customer service team on the phone, I spent almost 40 minutes on hold last week just to ask about my policy details and nobody picked up till I gave up. For a global standard company they really need to sort out that wahala because your time matters too. Overall though I'm keeping my policy with them because the actual coverage is worth it.
