Review Time
Came against my better judgment honestly because I usually just shop around my area but my client recommended them and I decided to check it out. The thing that got me was how they actually have everything in one place sha, no stress going from shop to shop looking for products I need for the salon. Prices are reasonable compared to the other big stores and the staff knew where things were when I asked instead of just pointing vaguely. I've been back three times in two weeks now and I'm not even mad about it.
Used to be my go-to but last time I came in sha, the whole experience frustrated me. They've got the international standard thing going on and the items are quality, I won't complain about that, but standing there for almost 45 minutes before anyone checked me out is not acceptable abeg. The lady at the checkout counter was moving like she had all day while we were queuing. I'll still come back because where else am I going, but they need to sort out their staff situation.
