I've tried Beloxxi crackers for months now and the taste is solid I won't lie, crispy and they go down well with tea or soup. Only thing that annoyed me sha is how the packaging comes damaged sometimes, especially when you buy from the market vendors. The crackers themselves are quality and the price is fair compared to other brands, but abeg they need to sort out how these packs are handled before they reach customers because half the time you open it and find crumbs everywhere.
Used to be my go-to but honestly Beloxxi has started feeling like they don't really care anymore. Last time I bought their cream crackers the packaging was already damaged and when I complained at the shop, the girl at the counter sha didn't even look up from her phone. The product itself is still decent quality I won't lie, but the customer service and how they handle complaints is just frustrating for what they charge, abeg.
Been coming here for months now and I gotta say the quality is consistent sha. I usually buy the packs for my roommate and him self, the crackers stay fresh longer than what you get from other places. The packaging alone shows they actually care about what they sending out. Worth the money honestly.
