Review Time
Been getting my drinking water from Cway Group for about three months now and the quality is just consistent sha. The delivery guy comes on time and the water itself stays cold for days even without the cooler working properly. For someone like me doing security shifts, knowing I have clean water at home that I can trust means a lot. Worth every kobo they charge for it.
Frequent customer here and I must say Cway Group delivers quality drinking water consistently. The water itself is crisp and cold just how I like it, and I appreciate that they take hygiene serious. My only issue is the delivery schedule becomes chaotic sometimes when you order during peak hours. Still worth it overall because the product is reliable, but abeg they need more delivery guys because waiting 3 hours for water in this Sokoto heat is not it.
Been coming here for months now and the product itself is fine sha but getting served is like watching paint dry. Last time I came in to pick up my regular order, waited almost 25 minutes while two staff members were just chatting by the counter and nobody even acknowledged me. The water quality is solid I won't complain about that but if they sorted their customer service out this place could actually be something. Right now it's hit or miss depending on who's working that day.
