Came to check out their residential projects in Owerri and honestly the properties are solid sha. The units are well planned and the finish quality is decent for the price range, but my guy the sales representative took forever to answer basic questions about payment plans and timelines. I no go lie, I almost walked out because I felt rushed through the viewing but didn't get the same urgency when asking for details. Still would recommend if you patient enough to deal with their slow process.
