Reluctantly agreed to come here and honestly the concept is solid but the service made me wonder if they actually know what they doing. The staff seemed confused about their own products sha and I spent almost an hour just trying to understand what options I had when it should have taken 15 minutes. They have potential but right now it feels like they opened before they were ready. I might try again in a few months but for now I'm keeping my expectations low.
