Their research data is solid but the communication sha

Got referred to Northcourt for real estate information before I was about to invest small money into a property and honestly their data analysis was thorough. The reports they gave me were detailed and saved me from making a mistake with the location I had my eye on. My only gripe is getting feedback from them took forever, I had to follow up like three times before they responded to my questions about the findings. Overall they know their job but abeg they need to work on how fast they get back to clients because e no easy waiting like that.

Finally found someone who actually knows property in Enugu

Long time customer dropping a review finally because Northcourt deserve the credit honestly. As someone in government work I don't have time to be chasing agents up and down, but these guys they actually sit down and do the research before showing you properties so you not wasting your time like the other agents sha. The data thing they do makes sense especially when you looking at investment, not just sentiment. Worth every naira if you serious about buying or investing in property around here.

Good data and research but their follow-up is slow sha

Been looking into real estate investments for a minute now and my guy recommended Northcourt so I checked them out. Their research data is solid, really detailed stuff that actually helped me understand the market better than I expected and the team knew their onions when I asked questions. My only gripe is the follow-up after initial consultation took forever, like I had to chase them multiple times for reports I paid for and that annoyed me because for a data-driven company you'd think they'd be more organized. Still 4 stars though because the actual work they did was worth it, just need to tighten up their communication game.
