Long time customer dropping a review finally because KBL Insurance actually made the whole process straightforward. The agent who handled my claim sha was patient enough to explain everything in detail instead of throwing jargon at me like most insurance people do. Had my policy sorted in one visit which honestly surprised me, and they didn't try to complicate things just to squeeze more money out of me like some of these companies. Worth the time I spent here abeg.
Tried not to think about it too much at first but KBL Insurance actually came through when I needed to sort out coverage for my properties. The staff knew what they were doing and explained everything clear, which I appreciated since insurance stuff confuses me sometimes. My only real complaint is their processing took longer than expected — I submitted my documents on a Monday and didn't get confirmation till Thursday when they said it would be Wednesday. Still got what I needed in the end so I can't complain too much, but abeg they need to speed up their system.
