I've been with Wapic for close to three years now for my life insurance and honestly they deserve this. The thing that really got me was when my claim came up last year sef, their adjuster lady came to my house in Warri without me even pushing hard, explained everything clearly, and within two weeks the payout was done. No wahala, no going back and forth to the office fifty times like other insurance companies do. For what I pay monthly, the peace of mind alone is worth it.
Took a lot of convincing to try insurance companies sha because most of them na wahala when you want to claim, but honestly Wapic made the whole thing straightforward when I needed them. The lady that handled my life insurance policy explanation didn't rush me through it even though I had plenty of questions about coverage and what exactly I was paying for. Waited maybe 20 minutes in their office but the time was worth it because everything was clear before I signed anything. I no go lie, for a farmer like me that deals with risks, knowing I have solid cover puts my mind at ease.

My only gripe sha is their online portal for policy management is confusing as hell. I spent like an hour trying to update my details when it should take 5 minutes, and their website kept timing out. Everything else works fine but abeg fix that system.
