Been a customer with Wapic for almost two years now and honestly the insurance coverage itself is solid. When I needed to file a claim for my car last year they processed it fairly quick and the whole thing was painless. My only gripe sha is their online portal for policy management is confusing as hell. I spent like an hour trying to update my details when it should take 5 minutes, and their website kept timing out. Everything else works fine but abeg fix that system.
