Tried not to think about it too much at first but KBL Insurance actually came through when I needed to sort out coverage for my properties. The staff knew what they were doing and explained everything clear, which I appreciated since insurance stuff confuses me sometimes. My only real complaint is their processing took longer than expected — I submitted my documents on a Monday and didn't get confirmation till Thursday when they said it would be Wednesday. Still got what I needed in the end so I can't complain too much, but abeg they need to speed up their system.
