Good coverage but their portal is frustrating

I've been with Heirs Insurance for about eight months now and honestly the coverage they offer is solid and the premiums are fair compared to what my colleagues pay elsewhere. My claims got processed without too much back and forth which I appreciated sha. The only thing that gets me vexed is their online portal where you manage your policy because it's clumsy and slow, took me almost 20 minutes just to upload a document when it should be quick. Otherwise good insurance company but abeg they need to fix that website.

Finally got insurance sorted without the stress

Long time customer dropping a review finally because Heirs Insurance really came through for me this year. The lady who attended to me sha took time to explain everything in a way that made sense instead of just rushing me through forms like other places do. For someone like me wey no get time to waste between tailoring jobs, the whole process was straightforward and honestly I no go lie the premium is fair. Worth it sef when you need to claim something.

Insurance na real thing, these people get am

Been coming here for months now and they've actually made things easy for me as someone who just wants straightforward cover without all the complications. The policies are simple to understand and the staff explain everything proper proper without trying to confuse you with big grammar. My only small annoyance sha is that their office people are sometimes slow with getting documents ready even when you call ahead to inform them you're coming, but honestly the actual insurance product itself no disappoint. For someone like me wey work for myself as a tailor, I needed something I could trust and these guys came through, four stars for sure.
