Been looking to invest in residential property for a while now and my friend recommended Grenadines so I decided to check them out. The team showed me some really nice premium options in good locations and they were knowledgeable about what they was selling, I give them that. My only issue sha is after I expressed interest they took forever to send me proper documentation and pricing breakdown, almost two weeks of back and forth before I got what I asked for initially. For a company dealing with property this serious you'd think their admin side would move faster but overall the properties themselves are solid and the lifestyle aspect they sell with it makes sense, just need them to speed up their communication game.
