Finally sorted our payment wahala with Duplo

Long time customer dropping a review finally because this thing has genuinely made running my fashion business less stressful. Before I was spending hours chasing down clients for payments and following up on invoices sha, but since we switched to Duplo the automation part just handles itself now. The setup process wasn't complicated either which surprised me honestly. Worth every kobo abeg.

Setup was smooth but integration took forever

Tried not to think about it too much at first but Duplo's payment automation looked promising for my electrical contracting business na. The initial setup process was straightforward and their team explained how the B2B payments would work, which I appreciated. My issue sha is that getting everything integrated with my existing accounting system took weeks when they promised days, and I'm still waiting on proper documentation for some features. Right now I'm on the fence whether to stick with them or find something faster.

Been using Duplo for our office payments and it's solid

The automation part sha is what got me, no more manual back and forth with vendors every time we need to process payments. Payment goes through smooth most times and honestly for someone like me who just wants things to work without wahala, Duplo does the job. Worth it if you're tired of the stress that comes with B2B payment nonsense.
