Came for a consultation about their facilities management services and the team was actually knowledgeable and thorough with explaining everything. What annoyed me sha was that after they said they would send me a proposal within two days, I didn't hear back for almost a week and had to call them myself. The actual work when it started was solid and on time, so I know they're capable but abeg the follow up communication needs to improve. Overall satisfied with what they delivered but that waiting period for feedback could have lost them my business honestly.
Came to them for facilities management service at my workplace and honestly the work quality was decent when they finally showed up. My guy sha, took them almost two weeks to even come assess the job after I called multiple times and the whole process felt dragged out for no reason. Staff on the phone were not helpful either, kept saying someone would call back and nobody did until I went in person. The actual service itself was alright but e no easy dealing with how long everything takes here.
Been coming here for months now and the way they handle everything from maintenance to upkeep is just different. What got me was how their team responded when we had an issue with the HVAC system at the office one time sef, they came through same day and sorted it without all the back and forth drama you get from other places. The guy who came to assess was knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell services we didn't need. Worth every naira for the peace of mind alone.
