Review Time
Was skeptical at first but a colleague recommended Tulcan Energy for some power setup work at my workshop so I decided to try them. The actual solutions they provided were solid and the equipment quality is decent, but abeg the waiting time nearly killed me that day. I sat there for almost two hours before anyone properly attended to me even though I had called ahead, and when they finally got to it the staff member seemed like he had better things to do. Would consider them again if they sort out their customer service because the technical side is not bad, but this level of disrespect for people's time won't fly next time.
