Decent concept but the commute timing is frustrating sha

Tried not to think about it too much at first but Shuttlers seemed like exactly what us teachers need for getting to school on time. The pickup system works fine most days and the drivers are generally polite, but abeg the delays are something else. I've been late to class twice already because the shuttle didn't show up when the app said it would, and customer service just told me to wait next time without explaining what happened. For what they charge monthly, the reliability should be better than this.

Good idea but the timing is killing it

Used to be my go-to for getting to work but honestly the wait time has become ridiculous these days. They've got the concept right for us professionals in Akure but abeg when you're a delivery rider like me, every minute counts and I'm constantly late because their vehicles take forever to arrive. Last week I booked at 7am and didn't get picked up until 7:45, by which time I'd already lost two deliveries. The app works fine and the drivers are polite when they finally show but this delay thing is a serious problem if they want people like me to keep using them.

Good idea but the service na problem

Been using Shuttlers for my commute to the office since January and honestly it's been a mixed bag. The app works fine and booking is straightforward, but abeg the drivers sha — sometimes they arrive 20 minutes late and when you call to ask where they are, nobody picks. One time my ride was cancelled last minute and I had to scramble for transport or I would've missed an important meeting. I like the concept sef and the fares are fair compared to other options, but they need to sort out their reliability because what's the point of a smart commute if it's not dependable?
