Wasn't even planning to come but my company needed consultation on some exploration matters and they referred us to Moni Pulo. The initial meetings were organized and the team seemed knowledgeable about their operations but the follow-up communication was scattered. We waited almost two weeks for documents that should have arrived in three days and when we finally got them there were gaps in the information we requested. I appreciate that they know their industry but the way they handle client relations needs serious work honestly.
