Review Time
Been dealing with Summit Oil for corporate supplies since last year and I'll be honest the quality of their products is solid. But abeg their customer service response time is something else entirely and for a company of their size it's inexcusable. Took almost two weeks to get feedback on a simple inquiry about pricing and when they finally responded the person didn't even address half my questions. They've got the goods but they need to sort out how they treat customers because this back and forth is costing me time and money.
