Review Time
Long time customer here and I must say Stanbic has been reliable for most of my banking needs as an accountant. Their staff are actually helpful when you visit the branch and transactions go through smoothly most times. My only real complaint is their mobile app sef because sometimes it takes forever to load and I've missed payment deadlines because of that frustration. Overall though I'm not complaining too much since their other services work fine.
Long time customer here and I must say their mobile banking app is what keeps me coming back honestly. Everything I need to do with my accounts — transfers, bill payments, checking balance — I do it from my phone without going to any branch and it actually works without giving me headache like some banks sha. The interface is not complicated and even my mum who doesn't understand technology much managed to navigate it when I showed her. For a civil servant like me who's always busy, this alone has saved me so much time.
