Long time customer here and I must say Stanbic has been reliable for most of my banking needs as an accountant. Their staff are actually helpful when you visit the branch and transactions go through smoothly most times. My only real complaint is their mobile app sef because sometimes it takes forever to load and I've missed payment deadlines because of that frustration. Overall though I'm not complaining too much since their other services work fine.
