Review Time
Came here to sort out some stress issues and the counselors sha really know their work, very patient with me and they explained everything clearly which I appreciated. The only thing that annoyed me was that I had to wait almost an hour even though I booked an appointment beforehand, like how do you give someone a time slot and they still keep you waiting, e no easy. The whole mental health hub setup is nice and organized but that waiting situation needs to be fixed because some of us are working people with limited time. Overall the service itself is solid but the efficiency part is where they're struggling honestly.
Came for a consultation on mental health support and the counselor was actually listening and patient with me which I appreciated sha. But the whole process took forever, like I made an appointment and still waited almost an hour before I was seen, and the reception area was just cramped with people everywhere. The advice given was helpful I won't lie but for the fees they charging you'd expect better time management and maybe a follow-up system that actually works. Not sure if I'll be going back or trying somewhere else honestly.
