Came to check out the health technology hub setup they have here in Sokoto and I'll be honest, the concept is solid but the actual experience left me frustrated. The staff seemed confused about what services they're actually offering, took me almost an hour just to get someone to explain what they do, and when they finally did I wasn't even sure if what I needed was available. The facility itself looks modern enough sha but if you can't get clear information or timely service, what's the point. Not terrible but I expected better for something positioned as a response hub.
Came for a quick consultation at the health tech hub and I was impressed with how organized everything looked sha. The staff knew what they were doing and explained things clearly which I appreciated. My only gripe is I waited almost 45 minutes before anyone called my name even though I had an appointment. For a place focused on modern health technology response, the actual process itself moved like they were still using old systems, but overall the experience wasn't bad at all.
