Came for a quick consultation at the health tech hub and I was impressed with how organized everything looked sha. The staff knew what they were doing and explained things clearly which I appreciated. My only gripe is I waited almost 45 minutes before anyone called my name even though I had an appointment. For a place focused on modern health technology response, the actual process itself moved like they were still using old systems, but overall the experience wasn't bad at all.
