Review Time
Came here to inquire about their technical programs for my nephew and the facilities are actually modern sha, equipment looks well maintained and the instructors seem to know their stuff. But the administrative side is a mess abeg, waited almost an hour just to speak with someone about enrollment and nobody seemed organized or ready to answer basic questions. The care services they advertise sound good on paper but execution is where they're dropping the ball, felt like they were making things up as they went along. Not bad but they need serious work on how they handle people and their time.
Wasn't enthusiastic about Gateway Polytechnic at first but after looking at their technical programs and what they offer I understood why people rate them. The facilities are solid and the managed care side of things actually takes student welfare serious which you don't see everywhere. My only real complaint is that the admission process moved slower than expected sha, like they take forever to get back to applicants and it left me hanging for weeks. Overall though for a technical institution they're doing something right and if you're serious about that kind of education this place is worth the application stress.
