Review Time
Came for a checkup last month and the medical staff actually knew what they was doing which I appreciated sha. Facility is clean and they explain things clear before any procedure which put me at ease. My only gripe is the appointment system because I booked two weeks ahead and still waited almost an hour past my time, meanwhile people who just walked in seemed to get attended faster. Overall decent place for healthcare but abeg sort out that waiting situation because time is money.
Came for a medical service here in Enugu and honestly the staff were friendly enough, but the wait time was something else entirely. I sat there for almost an hour before anyone actually attended to me even though I had an appointment sha. The facilities looked decent and clean which I appreciated, but for what they charge and how long I waited, the actual service felt rushed and I wasn't given proper time to ask questions about my treatment. Won't lie the place has potential but they need to sort out their system because customer care shouldn't mean leaving people waiting that long.
